Blunt Logic Ltd subprocessor list
Providers engaged to help deliver private customer workspaces and managed deployments. This list supports the Data Processing Addendum and Privacy Notice.

Blunt Logic Ltd uses the subprocessors and service providers below to provide, secure, support, and bill for the service. Each provider is engaged under contractual terms appropriate to the data it processes. Where a provider processes data outside the UK or EEA, transfers rely on the safeguards described in the Data Processing Addendum.
This list is updated with reasonable prior notice before a subprocessor that processes customer personal data is added or replaced. Questions or objections: privacy@bluntlogic.ai.
Supabase
- Role:
- Managed Postgres database, authentication, and file storage
- Data categories:
- Workspace records (organisations, contacts, drafts, documents, chat history), owner login identities, audit and acceptance records
- Processing locations:
- UK/EU region hosting (project-region dependent)
- Data use:
- Stores and serves workspace data solely to operate the deployment, under Supabase's commercial terms and DPA.
Vercel
- Role:
- Application hosting and edge network
- Data categories:
- Request metadata, application logs, content served through the workspace
- Processing locations:
- Global edge network; primary compute in EU/US regions
- Data use:
- Serves the application and processes request data solely to host the deployment, under Vercel's commercial terms and DPA.
Stripe
- Role:
- Subscription billing, checkout, and payment processing
- Data categories:
- Billing contact details, subscription and payment identifiers, invoice records
- Processing locations:
- EU/UK and US
- Data use:
- Processes payment card data entered in Stripe Checkout as an independent controller under Stripe's own terms and privacy notice; only Stripe identifiers and subscription/payment status flow back to the workspace.
Anthropic
- Role:
- AI model inference for assistant, drafting, and research features
- Data categories:
- Prompts and workspace context submitted to AI features, generated outputs
- Processing locations:
- US
- Data use:
- Engaged through the commercial API; inputs and outputs are processed to generate responses under Anthropic's commercial terms, which do not permit use of API content to train Anthropic's models.
Perplexity
- Role:
- AI-assisted web research
- Data categories:
- Research queries and returned public web content
- Processing locations:
- US
- Data use:
- Engaged through the commercial API; queries are processed to run requested research under Perplexity's API terms.
Google (Gmail API / Google Workspace)
- Role:
- Support mailbox ingestion and owner-approved support replies
- Data categories:
- Support email content, sender details, message metadata
- Processing locations:
- EU/UK and US (Google Workspace configuration dependent)
- Data use:
- Processes support mailbox content to deliver and receive support email under Google Workspace terms.
Instantly
- Role:
- Outbound email delivery and reply tracking for outreach workflows
- Data categories:
- Outreach recipient details, message content, delivery and reply events
- Processing locations:
- EU/US
- Data use:
- Processes outreach recipient and message data solely to deliver and track customer-approved sends, under Instantly's commercial terms.
Inngest
- Role:
- Background job orchestration
- Data categories:
- Job payload metadata needed to run queued workspace tasks
- Processing locations:
- US/EU
- Data use:
- Processes job payload metadata solely to schedule and run queued workspace tasks, under Inngest's commercial terms.
Deployment-specific providers
Individual customer deployments may use a subset of this list, and customer-agreed integrations (for example a customer's own email sending account or domain provider) are configured under the customer's own agreements with those providers. The binding provider set for a specific customer is confirmed during onboarding or in the applicable order form.
